Sunny Meadows is an apartment complex of 200 units built to serve lower income residents and is located next to Freedom School. Sunny Meadows provides safe, comfortable and attractive homes for many adults and children. Residents actively participate in the ongoing development planning and financial support of the complex.
Sunny Meadows was orignally funded at the request of the United Methodist Church and the United Presbyterian Churches of Watsonville and financing was provided by the department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The churches provide local oversight only.
